Marine Aluminium takes a lot of interest to educate professionals on the later date can be recruited to vaccant positions in the company. We currently have 5 apprentices in aluminiumconstruction. 4 of them started in 2009, and will make its final certification in the fall of 2011. This year begin 1 interns. The final certification will be completed in spring 2012. The total training program runs for a period of two years.

We have a close cooperation with the regional office for technical education - apprenticeships Training office - (process for technology often), who is administrator for the contracts between apprentices and companies and high schools in the country.
